At SafePoint Monitoring (“we,” “our,” “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services and products.

By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of our services (CCTV surveillance, camera installation, and fire alarm/security system installation):

  • Completed services are non-refundable

  • Once installation has started, refunds are generally not available

  • Service charges for site visits, labor, and technical work are non-refundable


2. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments made for equipment procurement or project scheduling are non-refundable

  • If a project is cancelled by the customer before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative or inspection costs

Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


3. Equipment & Hardware

  • Installed or opened equipment is non-refundable

  • Equipment defects are covered under manufacturer warranty, not refunds

  • Any replacement or repair will be handled according to warranty terms

We are not responsible for damage caused by power fluctuations, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.


4. Cancellations

  • Service cancellations must be requested in writing or via official contact channels

  • Cancellations made after scheduling or equipment purchase may not qualify for a refund

  • Emergency or same-day cancellations may incur service charges


5. Service Issues & Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our service:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of service completion

  • We will review the issue and may offer correction, repair, or re-service where applicable

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if the fault is proven to be entirely on our side


6. Monitoring & Surveillance Services

  • Subscription or monitoring-related fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once activated

  • Temporary service interruptions due to internet, power failure, or third-party issues do not qualify for refunds


7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for refunds or compensation due to delays or service failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or government restrictions.


8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider


9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
